Mrs. Carter joined Lexington in 2018 after previously teaching 1st grade for 10 years. In just over 3 years, she has earned over $15,000 in grants to support the preschool program and maintain new items for students to use. She has started up two new programs in the community to connect the school and Littlest Learners together through literacy and movement. This is just one example of how she takes her leadership role if our youngest students to the next level. Mrs. Carter is a dedicated and caring teacher who is always trying to do better for her students and their community.
