Miss Hopper has gone above and beyond to make sure her students receive the instruction and assistance they need, not only this year during the challenge of having half her students in class and others remote, or seeing them a couple days each week in person, but has always been readily available to make sure each student has the best opportunity to not only survive but thrive. In addition to teaching math, Miss Hopper coaches Junior High Cheerleading, competitive and cheering for football and basketball, and has started a STEM class in partnership with another teacher at the school to provide additional electives and opportunities for students. She regularly helps out in other areas including Scholar Bowl and Homework Help. Her commitment to the students is unmatched!
