Ms. Amy Hopper is a model teacher. She cares for each student, willingly taking her own time and money to connect with students individually. She has really adapted to the virtual learning piece of her responsibilities, especially with the the split learning model her school has. She continues to learn more ways to connect with students virtually, using social media platforms like Tik Tok to learn from other teachers and share her own best practices. On a recent Tik Tok post, she got comments like youre such an energetic teacher; I wish we had more like you in our school or thank you for caring for your students! all from complete strangers. Ms. Hopper is also looked up to by herself fellow teachers as someone who is innovative, caring, enthusiastic, and willing to help the team for the betterment of the students.
