With everything in the world going on right now, Mrs. Scott is able to make her students feel encouraged and motivated. She allows her students to be who they are and connects with them on every level. She is all about building relationships with students and parents. I admire how well she was able to adjust to online learning while overcoming so many obstacles. I see how passionate she is about helping students be the best they can; she is not just a teacher, she is a role model. Her encouragement, enthusiasm, and integrity makes her such an amazing teacher. Shes the teacher that goes over to the house to show parents and students how to navigate through the applications, she’s the teacher that works outside her contract hours, she’s the teacher that drops off supplies when parents dont have transportation, shes the teacher that doesnt complain, but empathizes with students and parents, shes that teacher you never forget. I nominate, Mrs. Scott because I cant think of a more deserving teacher.
