Heather has helped my son above and beyond! Last year as a Freshman my son walked into High School scared and not knowing what to expect. He is very shy and not the average student, usually a C or D student. Heather helped him every step of the way. She made sure to stay in contact with me if he was struggling in any classes. I received countless emails and phone calls from her, especially in February when we when to e-learning. She walked us through countless classes and activities. She really is one in a million!!!
