Mrs. Rinderer meets each challenge head on with a smile on her face. She takes time to get in the trenches with the students to be sure they understand. She makes every kid feel loved and important. She works long after her students leave to be sure she is providing the best education possible. This week we have started remote due to an outbreak. I work from Home and my daughters office is next to mine so I had the opportunity to listen to her teaching live this week. While some teachers choose to assign things and be available for questions our Mrs. Rinderer stands in front of her computer screen and teaches all day, interacts with her students, call on them just as if they were at the school building. She is simply an amazing teacher that pours her heart into her students and their education. She is a team player and willing to help anyone achieve their goals. She notices students that need extra attention and focuses on making them feel special. Every student adores her because she makes them feel like they are loved. Her profession is not an 8-3 job To her and for this reason I feel she should be acknowledged.
