Last year we were new to the area and my son was starting kindergarten. He had a hard time making friends at the beginning. Ms. Hill not only helped him develop the social skills to make new friends, but she became his friend too. He now looks forward to going to school because he knows he will see her. Throughout the school shut down this Spring, she made a point to meet with my son on zoom every week. When he started to have a harder time being isolated from everything and everyone, Ms. Hill added another day for them to meet where she let him just show her video games. She is always going out of her way to help her kids. She is doing porch visits with the children that are remote learning so that they dont miss their time with her. She is always thinking about the kids and how she can make their lives easier and better. I will always be grateful for the support she has given my family and the long lasting impact she has left on my son.
