Joel is a committed and dedicated teacher and coach! He looks for ways to inspire his students and wrestlers. He takes time to know them and their families and family dynamics. Joel goes beyond the class room and wrestling room to see that his students have futures beyond high school in their lives. He works to get them admitted to a college or job, or whatever their choices may be.
