Kristin goes above and beyond every single day for her students. She arrives early to work with students before school, stays late to plan and prep ways to encourage further growth, and spends weekends innovating new ideas to make learning fun despite our constraints presently. She differentiates lessons to ensure success at all ability levels, gives encouragement in all successes no matter the size. In addition to her dedication to her classroom, she is also a small business owner and runs it flawlessly despite her busy schedule with the classroom. She is a mom, wife, and grandma who gives her all to everyone, including her co-workers and friends. I am not sure how she finds the time every day to do all she does, but she does! I am so thankful to be her co-worker and to be able to call her friend!
